Lovely handiwork--ornate cutout form the frame. The central figure on the brooch is Ramasoon.
Ramasoon, also known as Rama Soon, is a deity in Thai mythology associated with thunder. He is often depicted as chasing Mekhala, the goddess of lightning, causing thunderstorms.
